حسب تقارير من منظمات بيئية كالصندوق الوطني للطبيعة .....الخ
فكالعادة في كل فصل شتاء ومع موجات البرد
التي تأتي من أوروبا نتيجة قرب الجزائر من اوروبا
تكسى الجزائر بحلة بيضاء من الثلوج
وكذلك الأمطار كل شتاء مما يجعل البلد شبيه بأوروبا
من ناحية المناظر والبنيان
و الشوارع التي بناها وشيدها المستعمر
والجو السائد هنا ايضا
